Vodafone asked us to come up with a way to show that their 5G network is the fastest in the UK. So we worked with their mobile scientists, a team of creative technologists and Formula 1 legend and Vodafone brand ambassador Lewis Hamilton to create a world first, the Vodafone 5G Duet. Over a period of a few months we developed two totally unique pianos that would use Vodafone’s latency free 5G network to allow Lewis to play a remote piano duet with epic pianist Jay Keezy. This was a huge task with a lot of tricky technical development but in the end, we had two instruments that used the power of 5G to became one. On the day everything went perfectly, Lewis had a great time and we created an hard working asset for multiple social platforms that showed what a next generation 5G network is capable of.
